About Us
 

The e-Health Network of Long Island is a Regional Health Information Organization (RHIO). A RHIO is a not-for-profit organization made up of health providers in a region. By using technology to store, protect and see patient health information, the goals are to:

  • provide better healthcare
  • improve the safety of healthcare
  • protect the privacy of patients
  • lower costs
